The apartment require complete silent as I was notified by the management there are noise from our room dispite everyone have fallen asleep. "This place was more spacious than most other places I've stayed at in Tokyo, which was a huge plus. The nearest train station was close and accessible by walking. However, visitors should note that this place is pretty far from the big tourist areas, such as Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, etc. Everything is accessible by train, but it will take you a while (maybe give it like 1 hour). The place was very clean. Great stay"

"like how close the property to the JR/subway line. Also, you will hear the train coming. but once the door/veranda doors are closed, its quiet. The space is a good size for a room in tokyo. 4 of us fit in the space quite comfortably! Also, the hosts are nice and approachable! will be back again!"

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...

"Upon arrival, there was no one in the office, nor was there during any time of our stay to let you in. The owner did not give us a code code until I was able to find a payphone get a hold of him and get the code. Not sure why they don’t give you code when you book."

"This get the good done for people who want to explore japan. Being a walk from the station and next to a Lawson is a plus. The stair are steap so being luggage up and down can be a pain."

"The rug in the living room was so dirty. The table provided was too small which was not suitable for 6ppl for dining. The cookware were so dirty as well. There was a tiny cockroach in the room that I stayed which located at the ground floor! "

"The appartment is in a local and safe area although it looks old. My family stayed in room 303 for 4 nights. It was a very comfort place. It has two bedrooms and a family room with two sofabeds, perfect for 6 people. It is very clean and has everything you need in the house. The apartment is five minutes away from the JR train station (about 30 min to Tokyo station) and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around it, also a Donquixote nearby. The owner is very nice and friendly....

Excellent hotel in terms of value for money

"The room was not as good on the photos on Hotels.com website. However, the staff was wonderful, from reception, restaurant to housekeeping. Location is very good, with 10 minutes walk to 2 Asakusa stations, for Ginza and Asakusa line. Lawson supermarket right in front of the hotel, quiet neighborhood, reception offers toiletries. Breakfast was very good, and it is from 7-9.30am. Asakusa is a tourist destination itself, with famous temple complex, many souvenir shops, plenty of restaurants, very good exchange office near the main temple. Value for money in this hotel is an absolute 10, at leas when compared to New York for example. The food in Tokyo in the ordinary restaurants is very good, with very good prices. The meal I had in one of them for 1000 yen held me for 6 hours walking through the town. Hospitality in Tokyo is the best I have seen in any modern city, and I have visited over 90 countries of the world. "
