The staff were all extremely pleasant and eager to help in any way. I would particularly praise the front desk staff and doormen but service throughout was excellent. "

"Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!"
