"Paradize Hotel’s location is terrific. It’s just next to the monorail and walking distance to all the shopping malls like Pavilion, etc. We were able to navigate easily to eateries, connecting light rails and the airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly. "

"Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this....

"we stayed only one night since we were just transferring. The hotel room has no window (not as it's shown in the pic), but it's not a big issue for one night stay. The uncle at the front desk was super nice. It's in a very good area for food and sightseeing. If I go again to KL I will stay here again. "
