"I entered this suite to discover filthy conditions. Crumbs all over the sofa. Random dirty water on the floor in multiple places. Bedsheets that looked like they were slept in five minutes ago. When I informed the homestay reps about this, they sent over a housekeeper who maintained a cold sullen resentful expression the entire time she was there. "Just if you had to and no choice at all then you may proceed to book. 1. Staff- very unwelcoming, the man was just playing with phone and the girl didn’t smile at all and ask for guest details and took so long to key in data. Customer service 0. Didnt greet guest. 2. Facilities-poor. Bedsheets have black stain, smelly, old 3. Cockroaches everywhere in the room 4. The stairs alley to lift very smelly 5. They gave us towels inside bags on check in but we didnt hear to give them back at the lobby...

"大人3名/子供4名：(合計7名)で4泊の利用をさせて頂きました。サンウェイラグーンに近いホテルを探しておりましたが、どこのホテルも1室5名が最大で2部屋の予約をしなければならないと困っておりました。そうしたところプチョン IOI スカイポッド アパートメンツにたどりつき、詳細を見たところ7名での予約もOK。さらに洗濯機やキッチンなど、まるでコンドミニアムのように取り揃っている所が魅力に感じ予約をしました。駐車場も無料、室内もキレイ、目の前にはイオンがある、アパート内に大きなプールもある、最上階で眺望も良い、金額も安い、オーナーが親切、サンウェイラグーンにも近い、全てがパーフェクトでした。良いところだらけで大満足な旅行になりました。ぜひ家族での利用の方にお勧めしたいアパートです。"
