"A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course."

"Tunamaya doesn’t fall in the high end group of resorts but it sufficed. We were mostly outside doing activities like fruit farms, firefly sightseeing and ATV rides. The view and proximity to the beach is wonderful and convenient. The food at the cafe and Nelayan restaurant was first-rate. Proximity to Wood-fire restaurant is definitely a plus when my kids crave for fast-food. The front office staff were friendly and nice. Areas to improve in: 1. "I think it can be improved, no wifi connection all the way during my stay there. The room cleanliness can be improved, and the breakfast food also can be improved. Overall hotel area to be improved "

"Love the marina and the green surrounding, feels so close to nature. With comfy and super clean room, nothing more I expect beside to have a very pleasant stay after a long tired working day."

"The accommodation is okay because it is quite new. You must be willing to stay near next to RAPID Petronas, not sure about air quality there. Location is not easy to find. No amenities nearby. TV channels mostly in malay. Wifi is intermittent. "

"i did not stay at the homestay because when i arrived there, i try to call and message owner but no respond. about 40 minutes trying, i have to search for another room to stay. hope i can get my money back because i didnt stay there. owner are not responsible to answer my call and message. expedia he also did not respond call from expedia agent. "The location is far from beach which need 15 minutes drive to beach but it's nearby main road to find food so you don't need to worry midnight craving for food. The towels were smelly so better bring your own towel. Overall is house is big enough to cater a big family and relative but not suitable for small family like 3 - 5 person."
