"The staff is incredible The pool is super clean The garden is like an organised jungle with birds The food is delicious It is super clean Thank you to Marcel and her team for helping with booking taxi, finding a place to go out, they really made my stay easier. The breakfast is fantastic. This place is central to so many things, it is residential and posh, it is in a small street, but you can walk to the high street Make sure you tip them good. "Stay was overall pleasant. The staff is definitely nice to guests. They open the doors for you, when you get back to your hotel from a car, they will open the car door for you… I felt secure the whole time. The room inside was not too bad at all. The standard room is large, the decor was nice, and nice amenities inside like coffee maker, small fridge, and water replenished every day. The restaurant was pretty nice as well. "I stayed there because my usual hotels were all taken during the Africa Cup of Nations. This place was overpriced given the rooms and the overall experience, but given the context I can forgive that. However, the Wifi is not very good in the rooms. There was an access point just 5m away from my room but it still regularly stopped working, making even basic video or audio calls difficult at times. "Service,breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean. there were many small restaurants within walking distance. the neighborhood is mainly retail and commercial. the hotel picked us up at the airport with a call. The only drawback was the lack of English speaking staff."

"The residence is located in a very good neighborhood, and has a 24/7 security guard at the entrance. The property has a restaurant for guests and meals are not included with your reservation. My room had a balcony and a kitchen. WiFi, hot water and mini fridge are available for guests."
