"We booked just 1 night at Caligo Resort because it was conveniently located close to Cheow Lan Pier (Ratchaprapha Pier). Once we arrived, we fell in love with the place; the view from the room was breathtaking. The terrace was perfect for relaxing while getting lost in the landscape. "Avoid at all cost! This should already been removed from the website. It has turn into a bird nest. It has speakers board casting bird call 24 hours a day. We arrived late at night heard the noise though it was from the mountain behind the hotel but no, it was from the speaker cross our room! Could sleep all night!!!!"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a small breakfast included which consisted of toast, egg, fruit and coffee / hot chocolate. The hotel is in the country so there isn’t much around. It is next to the river and close to the dam. There were a few restaurants a short drive away. "

"I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Gail, the owner and operator of this property. She CONSTANTLY went above and beyond being the absolute perfect host from the moment we arrived. She made us breakfast, she helped us in navigating the area and gave us amazing tips on everything around the area and in Thailand in general. She was an absolute godsend and was by far my most memorable local of my whole trip. Gail is amazing, the property is perfect for anytime you want something that makes you feel at home but also an enjoying relaxing vacation. I fully plan to stay here again the next time I am in Thailand!"

"This hotel was AWESOME! The service was great and the food was delicious. I highly, highly recommend a stay here as the employees are very welcoming and do their best to meet your needs. The rooms are upscale and it truly felt like I was staying at a place that cost more money. The pool was also a very nice temperature and we were only here one night but would have gladly stayed more if we were doing more in the area. "

"Clean space with amenities in line with the price/as advertised. To be fair, this is one of the better lodging options near the airport. However, this hotel was far away from any dining/convenience store, and delivery was pretty much not available after 7pm. There were also no GrabTaxi available in the morning, but this is apparently normal and the hotel staff offered to drive us. The hotel restaurant also closes at 6pm but the hotel does have water/drinks for sale after. And a nice small free breakfast! The room itself was as advertised but very sparse. Came with a quarter roll of toilet paper and no soap. Did have free water and towels. Overall fine for one night and can’t complain with the price. However, a little awkward having to interact with the hotel staff for every need. If you like being social this would be a great place to stay."
