Ban Na Holiday Rentals

"Well I reserved a swim up room with a bath tub, on arrival we were told we were up graded to a suite( which we didn’t want) It was a huge room king bed in bedroom, 2 twins and an sleeper twin, oh on the second floor and no tub, after much complaining ( the local staff was wonderful) a regional manager said there was nothing she could do , she offered us two complimentary drinks that night, but when we called all that was authorized was 2 beers, we do not drink beer, get to the room, refrigerator doesn’t work, we ask for it to be fixed they brought a bigger one that had to sit on the floor because it didn’t fit in the whole, beautiful mold whole in ceiling above bed covered with duct tape, and the ant problem was a whole different thing. The next day they moved us to another room same as the one we were in and didn’t want, similar condition, not as bad but the furthest room from lobby and bar. Breakfast, hope you like chicken because every warm item on buffet was chicken, I am allergy to chicken, so it was toast and cold cereals for me. We were kept up till 0130 the first night do to barking and fighting dogs, but then the load rain drowned that all out ! No efforts made by regional manager, and I quote,” go ahead and complain to booking company “"

"Stayed 3 nights at The Wild in a caravan with dinner. The Wild is situated on one end of Khao Yai which is further to most attractions we went to. The caravan itself is pretty new and outfitted sufficiently for 2 adults and 2 kids. Tiny toilet but we expected that so we managed. Outside the caravan there is some space and a table with benches. This is also the area we have our BBQ dinners. The BBQ dinner spread was decent and BBQ in the cool December nights was fantastic. Type of BBQ and food repeats on 3rd night though. Breakfast was in a common building and it also has a limited but decent spread. The food runs out pretty fast though and the staff takes a bit of time to refill them. I really loved the general response of the staff though when I put in some requests, which was quick and staff was always smiling. We left an item at the caravan when checking out and the staff was quick to inform us, which we really appreciate. Overall a very good stay, fantastic staff, very slightly marred by the limited breakfast spread and slow refill of food. I will suggest 2 nights is very much sufficent at this place."
