But the lock of the door is broken and as a 5-star hotel/ residence, I‘d expect more amenities in room such as free water(refill which usually have at all 5-star hotel I‘ve been) or toothbrush in room. Breakfast is okay but during weekend where they have many guests, the staff is not enough and causing slow service. Food run out and there‘s no refill. Weekday, food option is not as much...

"Booked at last minute. The hotel was clean and the service was good. Decent area within the area for food choices. The only draw down was that you are very far from the beaches and the main areas of Pattaya bars and clubs. You will need to use Grab or the motorcycles to get there. Other than that I would stay here again. "

"The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great, but it is difficult to maintain certain aspects of property in a tropical climate. This had no impact on our stay - thoroughly enjoyable. The breakfast was unexpectedly tasty!"

"Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place "

"One of the best hotel’s I have stayed in. The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

Note that it is more couples and family oriented. Special: The local flying foxes to observe roaming between trees at night."

"Despite other reviews on this Condo (Not Hotel), my family & myself found this very accommodating for us. I read reviews about this before I booked & winged it. To my surprise this was fantastic for my children & I. Close to the beach & local restaurants. Fantastic swimming pools. I recommend the twin room. Kitchen was clean also bathrooms x2. Beds comfy. This is Not a serviced room, so clean after yourself, but has clothes washing machine in room. I would say 7.5 out of 10."

"We were in Thailand for our son’s swimming competition which happened to be a few days before my birthday. The hotel staff noticed the date and on the last night of our stay, we returned from the swim meet to beautiful birthday decorations and a chocolate cake with candle and matches included. It was such an unexpected, kind, lovely gesture and so appreciated! Thank you so much!"
