Although out of town, this has its advantages, and the free shuttle service is very convenient and efficient using a simple whatsapp messaging service. "My husband and I had an amazing time at SAMSAM. The staffs that SAMSAM is super friendly and super responsive. The food by SAMSAM is absolutely delicious! The resort is located in a great area, and near by is walkable beach and local cafe and restaurants! The resort also offers bike rentals and scooter rental for fee which allowed us to explore the island! I would highly recommend SAMSAM :) "

"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

"If you are in a big group, if you want to cook and if you want a cozy private pool, it is a great place to stay. It is better to buy drinking water and food before reaching to the house. TESCO LOTUS is near by so you may ask airport taxi driver to stop by if you are coming from airport. Pictures on the booking page was precise. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen utinciles were enough. "Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock."

"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"They have everything. Plenty to do. It’s away from the “hustle” of the backpacker areas, but a Tuk Tuk can get you there just out the front. Staff are excellent and the rooms are just awesome. We will be back!"

"Very nice hotel. Beds were a little hard but were good for my back. The staff was nice. Breakfast was great although after 8 days i had enough of the same options. They did have a traditional breakfasts option being cooked each day. Hotel was located close to beach area. "
