Taxis are available nearby if you want to go further afield, restaurants and shops are in walking distance from hotel. "This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....

"This hotel has a heavy Chinese influenced design which I enjoy. It reminds me of the Shanghai Mansion in Bangkok’s Chinatown. The storage space in my room was the most I can recall seeing in any hotel. I travel relatively light but this room had enough storage for two people to live there. The shower was huge and had a bench seat which I know some friends with some disability issues that would appreciate that. The A/C was strong, the shower was hot.
