The room was wonderful. The hotel was wonderful. They have a delicious breakfast. It was nice. They did happy hours and other events for guests, but the staff at the desk were absolutely fabulous. They were the ones I interacted with most and they were so nice so accommodating, so professional, and above all so friendly Thank you all so much.

I wanted to give the hotel 4 or 5 stars but cannot due to the bedding. Bedding is very important to me… and cleanliness of the bed and pillows. The pillows don’t have protectors, only a thin pillow case and the pillows need to be thrown away- they were stained and smelled bad. The sheet for the king bed was very small, did not fully cover the mattress and I was afraid it would pop off - under the sheet was quite a bit of hair on a mattress pad. The location was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was better than average. But due to the bedding issue, I wouldnt stay there again

I came for a convention in town (as many people who come to Baltimore do lol) and chose this spot to get away from it all. It’s close to the aquarium and a few other attractions. The closed-but-open-air layout inside — the floors are levels that circle the perimeter of the interior common area and reception center in the middle — is really cool and though it seems it’d make for a noisier stay, it really didn’t. Noise from outside was mostly muffled and I slept cozily. It’s great for single travelers and families.

The hotel wAS understaffed. It took 45 min to check in. No one was at the desk when I left. The fan in the room would not turn off and I had to call for help twice. The restaurants next to the hotel - McCormick & Schmit and Ruth Chris Steak house had lousy food and were expensive. The view from the hotel was nice - able to walk around. Noisy at night.

Hotel was nice, front desk staff very friendly we had the breakfast a little pricey but it was very good,we could hear pounding music coming from the restaurant/bar our room was pretty much above it we can sleep through anything though but just a heads up but overall we had a good stay it was just for one night.

The hotel is in a safe area. Close to a lot of attractions. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. I would say the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel and I travel very frequently. Do not pay for the breakfast. You’re better off going across the street to IHOP.

Rooms were in poor physical condition, crappy (obvious) drywall repair, cheap fixtures, sliding doors didn't open, No soap dispenser in shower Ceiling with extensive cracks and water damage TV had poor connection with static made it impossible to watch Elevators (both) had no regulatory or fire inspections documentation Desk staff unaware of upper floor fire exit No Gym, bar, pool, or parking
