Great location and friendly staff. Booked as a harbor view and if you stood to one side of the window and looked over to the left that was accurate. The actual view was a loading dock of the Aquarium.

The property was located in a nice area next to the harbor on the water with a lot of restaurants walkable to many bars , what I did not like was the elevator door would not open and sometimes not work thank god did not get stuck on it.

I booked a deluxe room with the balcony. The table on the balcony was so wretched. The wood underneath was rotted, and it was falling apart. They replaced it twice. The second one was just as worse as the first finally they put in a table that we could sit at the room was not adequately clean, there was only one trashcan that was in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty. It looked like it was over 25 years old. Was the bathroom needs updating and light lights need to be brighter the air conditioner kept you up all night because it was so noisy I paid Almost $800 for that stay I could have used my money in a motel six and got better service. Everybody was nice but they know it was an old hotel and I even had to ask for service to get my room clean until they remodel I don't think I'll stay there .

This property is no longer part of Hilton and was advertised as a Hilton Curio property. It’s the first hotel I’ve been to that has no bellman employed at all, and I had to wait for someone at the front desk because she was cleaning a room. Staff is very nice however definitely the hotel itself is not to what was Hilton standards and is very understaffed.

Property was a so-so hotel room. No Residents bar. Restaurants were closed at 10pm. No place to get a nightcap in the hotel or in the surrounding areas within walking distance. Everything was closed.

Everything was just as expected. The bathroom seemed outdated and although none were seen in the room, I did see a large palmetto bug on the counter during checkout. Other than that, not bad for the price in Inner Harbor

It is rated an 8.2. I can’t figure out how!! Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to Check us in. She apologized and said we should have water and if not let her know. The “remodeling of the bathroom” is a joke. I could have done a better job. If you’re into shag carpet and popcorn ceilings, then I you should be fine.

The location is fantastic. Our room was a king with balcony with very nice view, but parts of the hotel need work. The balcony was in rough condition. We had breakfast at the hotel both days. The food options were great but some of the food was cold. The hotel had great restaurants attached.

Only disappointment was that I had ordered 2 bottles of wine and a charcuterie board to our room for my anniversary. When we got there, only one bottle of wine was there and the charcuterie board. There were NO glasses or cups of any kind. After about 15 minutes, staff came up with the second bottle of wine we had originally ordered and was corked. We then called down to ask for some glasses and a cork opener. After about 45 minutes, we had to call down again to ask for both things again. After about an additional 15 minutes, we received them. It was by no means the end of the world, however, these add-ons are not cheap (in my opinion, it was overpriced for the Sutter Home wine and a charcuterie board that did not look like what was advertised online), and it would have been nice to have everything needed in the room prior to checking in (especially since we checked in around 4 which is the standard check-in time). It was inconvenient, but overall the room was clean, the hotel was nice, and within walking distance. The hotel bar and restaurant that is there is also open only certain nights of the week, which we were not aware of.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous because of some of the negative reviews but my one night stay went really well. Had a clean and comfy room. What I will say is, the pool is not on the property, I had to walk a few mins to the hotel they partner with to take a swim. Also, I was charged $50 (not entirely sure for what, the lovely lady at the front desk said for parking and so on), however i will be getting that back in a week. Those 2 things caught me off guard, nevertheless, it was a good stay.
