We didn’t receive any cleaning service, no towels we have to use same towels two days in a row, no beds were made !! But,friendly front desk staffs, hotel is located in perfect location to all sightseeing spots

This old hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions and venues. The hotel has some signs of age, but still has aged gracefully. Our room was renovated fairly recently and was decent. The drawers in the dresser kept sliding open on their own; either Babe Ruth's ghost did it, or the floor is slanted. The bathroom was fine, but the bathtub tile was old and dingy, like it was left over from the 1950s. Fix that, and everything adds up to a good stay. Thanks.

This was a great place to stay while attending a conference. It’s also right across from ravens stadium. Staff was friendly however the place as a hole seemed poorly managed. Especially the bar and restaurant. The staff is slow and unresponsive. The lobby bar did have a great vibe though, and was bustling most evenings. The staff just couldn’t keep up, which from our experience drove people to go elsewhere.

I really liked how I could go through all of the check in steps before I arrived in the hotel. Once I arrived, that allowed for me to have a quick check in process. Hotel has a cool vibe. Highly recommend using the valet, the parking can be a challenge around here on busy event days.

We were schedule to stay for 2 nights and see a concert on Friday. I went to front desk and told them my son was sick and we had to leave. They told me to contact Expedia. I tried to speak to a person on the phone, I was sent codes, etc. Finally, recording said problems with webpage and I could not cancel Saturday nights reservation. Very disappointed in customer service. Now, I guess I have to pay for that room.
