"Pobyt oceniam na bardzo udany. Super jedzenie, baseny i animacje. Jedyne co mi przeszkadzało to przejście z pokoju do restauracji i basenów to trochę kłopotliwe zwłaszcza gdy pada deszcz. Następnym razem wynajmiemy domek będzie bliżej bo domki też są fajne. Polecam ten hotel i napewno jeszcze tam wrócę. 😊"

"This hotel was built in 2013 and an extension is being built next door. We were checked in by the manager, who is a fairly young person without customer service skills. Rooms are tight and walls are thin without sound-proofing. Children are not allowed to stay at the hotel and we saw none visit either. "It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. "Unfortunately we were expecting four stars standard as that’s how it was advertised on Hotels.com. However we were allocated 2 stars instead due to overbooking. All very strange and confusing. As such I am rating this at 4 stars rather than two stars. We didn’t moved to another hotel, as offered by hotels.com, as we wanted to be with friends as that was main purposes of the trip."
