"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. "Fabulous location but the unit itself needs some work, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. "Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. "The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it.
