"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "What a wonderful hotel. We have traveled around the world and this hotel was one of the best. It's a beautiful small older hotel with such character and is very close to everything in the lovely town of Cobh and only a few minutes to Cork. The rooms are a amazing and the views of the water are just incredible. Nice restaurant overlooking the water on the property for dinner and breakfast. You will not be disappointed in this gem of a hotel."

"We loved our stay at the Bella Vista Hotel in Cobh! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the iconic Postcard Row and right near the waterfront. From our room, we had a stunning view of St. Colman’s Cathedral and could even hear the bells ringing, which added a magical touch to our experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, clean, and full of charm. If you’re visiting Cobh and want a cozy, scenic place to stay with easy access to everything, Bella Vista is an excellent choice. We’d definitely stay here again!"
