"We had a good stay receptionist Christine was lovely and very friendly .The only thing that let it down for us was the bathroom needs a big upgrade I know they are upgrading some of it at the moment . The food is excellent well done chef "

"If you need to stay in the center of Ballina.. this is your hotel...walkable from the train station. Staff are so friendly,helpful and professional.Check in was easy. Rooms are clean and cozy. The only thing I would say is that there is no Air-conditioning so room was warm. Breakfast included was excellent offering a true Irish Breakfast Overall, i world highly recommend this Hotel to anyone."
