Stay on train for nyat boat rides everything close by going back in Nov. Again.loved feel,people,helpful people. I'm 74 retired airline crew, travel all over the world, but really enjoyed cph. "We loved our time at Stay Nordhavn. It's conveniently close to a metro station and several grocery stores, the apartment has lovely rooms, amenities to make very comfortable (good coffee, a washer/dryer, decent kitchenware, etc.), and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Most of all, the access to a generously-sized balcony with amazing sea views was wonderful. We would happily stay here again."

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"My wife and I liked the idea of renting a small hotel apartment, so we would have more space, the option to eat in, etc. Our unit was comfortable, reasonably spacious, and well thought out. Our only real quibble was that the refrigerator was not working properly, and foods were not kept cool enough. The hotel is convenient to public transportation, and was fairly quiet. An easy walk to Tivoli Gardens, many stores and restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful staff."

"The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased. What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. "I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

"My wife liked the pool and sauna. The breakfast was good (if crowded). The bar was a bit small. It is a bit of of a nuisance not being able to have supper in one’s hotel because it is “too late” ( by two minutes). Taxi rank convenient and so were the hotel bicycles. It is rather a drag to the Metro in cold weather."

"Decent value budget hotel within 15 minute walk of central station. Room and bathroom were a little small - fine for sleeping and washing. As this is a budget hotel room service is only every three days unless you request it. Breakfast was good value and wide range of items offered. Luggage can be stored on site for around 60DKK per 24 hours (either before or after check out) Fine for the price paid"

"The standout factor for this hotel is certainly the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and support you throughout your stay. We loved the decor, it was very Nordic and hygge and we loved the different areas you could relax in. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the added birdsong made you feel so tranquil. We even had a zen massage at the spa which was so worthwhile. We had two standout members of staff Gustav who treated us so well and a lady whom helped us with our taxi refund (whose name we forgot unfortunately) We would certainly recommend a stay at Hotel Kong Arthur"

CONVENIENCE!

"We had an overnight layover in Copenhagen and you can not beat the location and ease of access to this hotel. You don't even have to leave the airport! We picked up our bags and were literally in the hotel within 5 minutes. Was very easy to hop on the train and go into the city for a few hours in the morning. The staff was friendly, the bathroom nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable - I slept really well. "
