"Nice and clean place with a lake nearby. Staff was very accommodating even before we checked-in. We stayed in a room good for 3 people and it was cramped. The beds squeeked a lot too. For the price, we expected something better... but then we were just there for a couple nights, so it was ok. Perhaps the cabins would have been nicer for longer stays. "

"Ardvane B&B is an excellent, affordable guest house and a great value. Just 3 blocks form Atholl street, Pitlochry’s main road, there is no road traffic noise and the view of the village rooftops and distant mountains from the breakfast room is beautiful. The service of manager Cor exceeds even his wonderful cooked breakfasts. Coffee, juices, and snacks are available all day. Everything is clean and up to date. We stayed 12 days and recommend Ardvane without reservation!"

"Fantastic stay at the Spey valley resort. Really nice location, beautiful pool and great vibes. A great centre to explore Aviemore and the beauty of the Cairngorms A few disappointing things: On arrival to the chalet the hoover was left in the middle of the living room floor, when we went to use the oven there was a filthy baking tray covered in fat that I had to scrub before use. The jacuzzi in the pool was out of action and has been for months… that’s one of the pull factors to stay here...
