"An overall comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was small but well appointed and very clean. Bed and pillows great, slept well. This is a functioning hotel with live music and functions; there are noise reducing glass doors to separate the hotel rooms but you’ll still be aware of some noise. Check in was quick and easy. Very close to Ballarat railway station and restaurant strips. "

"Enjoyed my stay at Colonial Motor Inn, villa was very clean and has 2 bathrooms and 2 tv's.The Manager gave us an upgrade on arrival, so thanks alot. The pool was clean and nicely heated, overall its a relaxing place to stay with an hasske free check in and check out. 5 stars.clean"
