"Hotel condition is great and service top notch. Love the bed and pillow as very plushy. Bath area is a standing rain shower and spacious. Internet is great. Breakfast is so so not to my liking. Location is near airport probably 5mins drive, 10mins walk. Area surrounding hotel is bad as nothing and look like a slump area and can only travel via grab. Complimentary airport transfer via hotel. Internet is great too"

"This hotel is a very well appointed with an exceptionally helpful staff. It boasts a number of restaurants on site, including a rooftop bar with majestic views of the city. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had. "

"It was a one night layover between flights but I booked the hotel because it is close to the airport and advertised room service from an advertised restaurant and bar. After travelling for most of the day I was looking forward to a nice dinner and a glass of wine, but there was no bar as noted in the listing. The front desk was also not able to provide converter plug to accommodate my electrical devices, decovered there were no towels in my room after I had already showered, and at midnight, there was a knocking on my door enough to wake me up, when I opened the door the gentleman handed me a towel. I was so over this hotel by that point I just took it and closed the door and went back to bed to sleep before my flight the next morning. Really felt the room was not cleaned before I got there, bedding seemed okay but the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom counter was not cleaned. These were just the really obvious things. "
