I hate complaining but food should be served hot.
The rooms are clean and relatively eco-friendly. However many rooms overlook the main street and are noisy with the windows open. The a/c is ok but a little noisy at night when you are trying to sleep. The restaurant menu is extensive. The staff were helpful especially for choosing a bottle of wine to accompany the meal we had chosen. However our order arrived cold (including the french fries) so we sent it back. My dish was microwaved and was back on the table within five minutes. My partner's dish had new chips but the chicken skewer was still cold. Even so, both dishes were tasty and we would have them again. Hopefully served hotter next time! When we checked out the next morning we mentioned the problem with the food but the reception didn't react at all. As we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions this was rather disappointing customer service. Overall it's still our favourite hotel when staying in Balıkesir.

I asked for none smoking room. My room had very bad smoke smell and very bad smell from bathroom. When I complaint to receptionist she said they did not have non smoking floors. They only had non smoking rooms. I thought that was impossible. I had hard time breathing in the room. I was very relieved when my 2 days was over.

At check-in, although I reserved 2 separate beds, the staff said only 1 king bed rooms were available. I emphasized I made my reservation via Expedia so my public reviews after the stay make an impact. They apologize and prepared a new room compatible with my request. The room was really nice, comfortable and clean. The big screen TV and electronic control panel of AC & lights beside the beds was really cool. One of the armchairs was full of hairs from the previous customer but we put that chair aside and did not bother to call someone to have it cleaned. I recommend a more careful cleaning especially during the pandemic. Overall, I can say it was value of the price. I definitely recommend Balıkesir Ramada and will stay there again on my next trip.

The hotel was open for only 3 weeks when we stayed there for one night. Everything was new and clean. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. There were a couple of issues we experienced (wifi was disconnecting and it was too hot in the room) but all of them were handled by the staff immediately. All staff were extremely helpful and nice. They really went above and beyond. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good - traditional Turkish with generous sides and an omelette. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. Valet parking was available upon arrival.
