"Staff wise, Jia and Ali were lovely. Hotel was lovely though in need of a bit of a touch up. The balcony of the room we stayed in was massive but could have done with sun loungers as a waste of space. Also one of the railing struts was loose and dangerous as a child could push against and fall. Pool was fantastic but loungers were past their best and in need of replacing as too low, falling to bits and mattresses were splitting and fraying. "We loved our 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Our floating breakfast experience was amazing! The staff were pleasant and provided great customer service. The staff will take you to your villa with a golf cart- very cool! I will definitely stay here again! Great place!"

"The property was brilliantly located only 100m from Komune where i was attending a wedding. Small but great the phased which is pool has a section under cover which is good. Food and drink can also be purchased which is great. The owner kindly help me organise a taxi rather than use their car service which for one person was expensive. "Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. But i did encounter tons of bats flying over pool in last night which scared the life of of me. Needless to say i cut my swim short. "We stayed here at the end of our 2-week Bali/Lombok trip and it was simply wonderful. Beautiful decor, our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, and the staff were really helpful and kind (especially Gede :)). Very peaceful and away from everything else. Very close to Tihingan, Klungkung, if you are keen to buy gamelan :) And close to delicious local seafood fare at Pantai Lebih."

Everything exceptional except no A/C in bebaths!

"Everything was exceptional except the non air conditioned bathrooms in the rooms. It was way too hot to spend more than a minute or two in there. They need to have an option to close off the outside wall when very hot. Hotel was beautiful; food was great; service was wonderful.! Private pool was large and glorious! "
