"Great little gem of a hotel right outside Narlidere. Amazing breakfast, kind employees, and beautiful surroundings. A few things can be improved but nothing significant. For example, a trash can should be added to rooms. Also the location of the light switch outside the bathroom is a little tricky. Finally all the faucet hot/cold directions were wrong. However none of these were significant issues. So, five star overall!"

"Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking...

"Fabulous view of the Marmara Sea from the room, which was spacious, well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The street at the back has a few cafes & restaurants within walkable distance. The breakfast was a large & mixed spread of Turkish & continental food. The lady managing the breakfast room was sweet enough to serve us a breakfast plate sooner than normal breakfast timings because we needed to make an early start."

"My stay at the Marriott Izmir Konak was exceptional. The staff knew me by name & offered assistance without prompting and whenever requested. The roof deck pool and restaurant overlook the Aegean Sea, which made experience unique and exciting. The food & service is Michelin Star quality. The housekeeping staff attend to the room twice a day and leave the room spotless. The Concierge arranged 3 trips & provided many restaurant recommendations. "Great place, I found very easy to get from Deizili and then to the airport. The Izmir train station is a 5 minute walk. The only inconvenience i found was that tou cannot set the temperature in your room, ut is centrally controlled and the room was way too hot for my liking. I had to open the window and put up with the noice from the street"

"We got the double deluxe room. It was very clean and everything was high class. The shower was amazing! Only thing that let it down was the wifi had very low signal as we were at the end of the building and also we couldnt set the temperature on the ac/heating. Was just on a constant 26 degrees so had to keep switching it off every so often as kept getting too hot. Othetwise everything was excellent!"

"Hotel is in very good location, and is very modern and clean with a full breakfast. It is a popular hotel for people travelling to Turkey for procedures, so lots of nose bandages and such at breakfast. Was some night construction on road at back of hotel so check with hotel on location of room. Great value for location and quality. "
