"The staff was what made this hotel exceptional. Everyone from the housekeeping lady to the front desk was welcoming and helpful. I especially like the homemade jam and pastries at breakfast. Great value for money and an easy 20 minute downhill walk to the metro and train station."

"We stayed for 4 nights at Parkside Hotel in Baku. The front desk people & housekeeping were welcoming, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast consisted of a big spread of western and eastern food choices. The hotel is close to a metro station. It's within walking distance to small stores but not to restaurants. "I enjoyed my stay here. It is walkable to Heydar Aliyev Centre and there are many public transportation options. The breakfast was good and they also offer a buffet lunch for a small price. There are a few doner places nearby and a mini mart for small snacks. The only downside was that the walls are rather thin so you can hear the loud conversations from the the next room over and doors slamming throughout the night. The staff and service was good, I would stay here again."

"Super nice accommodation, massive bedroom and confortable bed as well. The jacuzzi in my room was much appreciated after a few exhausting days at the f1 track. The breakfast was also excellent, with a large variety of choices every morning. Professional staff (thanks again to Gular for a warm welcome at checkin and an efficient checkout). Finally, the spa facilities are also a great bonus, with an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a sauna and steaming room (and a gym, but I didn’t try that one) right next to the hotel. Not that much to do around, but the city center and the airport are easily reachable by cab. Highly recommended !"
