"Beautiful heritage hotel, with efficient, courteous staff, and great dining options. The kebabs were amazing and the bartender was very accommodating and made us a hot toddy for my wife. Lucknowi hospitality is in full flow here. Only callout would be for older people with bad knees, there may be some steps to navigate because of the multi-level structure."

"Home from Home! We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed.
