"The location is amazing. The family suite is nice and spacious. They offer complimentary mini fridge, welcome gift for the kids and adults. Slippers and robes for kids and adults. It’s seriously the nicest hotel. The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. They helped make dinner reservations. We had one small issue with our room and they offered to change us to another room. They did upgrade us for this experience. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure. "

"Very convenient location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. Only thing was I didnt realize complimentary wine and water was just for the first day. Besides that everything was good. I deffinitely would recommend this place."

"Amazing stay at the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. Great location, close to everything, shopping, historical sites and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and the Rooftop Restaurant is exceptional, the Management staff was welcoming, accommodating of our requests and the food and drinks prepared by the amazing bartender were all wonderful! Looking forward to my next trip to Lisboa. "
