"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, la cocina es amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario si deseas cocinar durante tu estancia. Encontramos todo limpio, aunque se olvidaron de barrer o aspirar el suelo. Y si no pongo 5 estrellas es porque hubiera deseado que fuera un poco más acogedor y no haber tenido frío dentro del piso. "Easy hotel to locate and park. A very warm welcome from the host with all procedures well explained. This hotel has an elevator to take bags up to rooms. Rooms are compact but comfortable and clean. Bathroom is a good size and works well. We slept very well and ate a lovely continental breakfast each morning with espresso coffees. We certainly enjoyed our stay and are considering a return stay. Excellent value for your Euro and a worthwhile stay. Thank you Robert. "
