"Great hotel within easy walking distance of the centre El Calafate. We stayed in September and, while it was cold outside, all areas of the hotel were nice and warm. All the staff we encountered were similarly very warm and friendly. The buffet breakfast was a little limited in terms of savoury options, but was perfectly adequate. "The property is a bit far from downtown Calafate but when you have excursions the group that you hire will come and pick you up. The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The heating system is great .
