"Clean, comfortable and good-size rooms, could comfortably accommodate big families. Staff are well-trained, Alvin Nicer is worth- mentioning. My husband and I were very picky in terms of cleanliness and organization, but Alvin exceeded our ecxpectations. He took care not only of our needs and requests at the hotel, but also recommended great places to eat at and new attractions to explore in Baguio, a testament of his expertise in hospitality and tourism. "

"I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"

"We stayed at the transient house A. It was good but it needs detailed cleaning. The sofa covers need to be washed. Some kitchen stuffs like can opener and knives need to be upgraded. The electric kettle doesn’t shut off automatically. Might need replacing. The road was not so great. Caretaker was great and friendly. Overall, it was okay considering the price. "

"Bed was covered with very old fitted sheet, no flat sheet; pillows hard as rock; gave us a very Worn out blankets; very worn out towels ( white towels looks like beige!), draperies lots of holes, No 110 outlet to hooked my phone, no hot water, no toilet paper, dirty bathroom floor, white bucket with cup in the bathroom ( you have to boil water to have a warm shower) Water dispenser available but the spikes was broken. Reception staff were ok. Very disappointing trip ! I had to moved to another...

"No Shower since the water flow is weak. Warm water only and you fill the bucket to wash. Kitchen faucet no handle. No shampoo is provided. 2 burner electric stove barely working, it takes a while to heat up. Bathroom smells like mildew. Only 1 channel on t.v. "

"The location is fantastic. You need to go up to the third floor for the hotel lobby. Fortunately they have an elevator. It’s congested as your right in the heartbeat of the city. The main attractions, parks and shopping is literally across the street. It’s a little hazardous attempting to cross the road as there are no real sidewalks "
