First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. "This was my family’s favorite hotel during our trip to Italy. The room was luxurious and spacious, the service was top notch and the pool was an added bonus. We loved the breakfast options and the dinner served at the hotel was one of our favorites of the entire vacation. We had a rental car so were able to take advantage of the proximity to Montepulciano and Pienza. The wine served at the hotel from the on-site winery was very good. We can’t wait to go back!! "

"Absolutely wonderful, luxurious, and somewhat of a hidden gem. The perfect base for the Tuscan leg of our vacation. Would definitely come back!!! But I wish I’d discovered all of the incredible saunas earlier in our stay :) Also, the spa treatments are very reasonably priced considering the luxe surroundings. Could have spent a week here. Loved loved loved!"
