"Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean modern room. Shower needs repairing. Will definitely return to stay here. If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!"

"This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing. "Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean. A tea towel and dishwashing sponge / washing up liquid would have been useful, but the chalet was otherwise well equipped for basic cooking. Nice pizzeria and mini market on site with fresh bread and croissants daily as well as most other essential items. Good sized swimming pool - swimming hats compulsory but sold cheaply at the pool bar. Buses into Sienna stop near the site entrance - night buses back are a bit confusing though! Staff at reception...

"Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "

"A fantastic stay with incredibly friendly staff. An excellent location and the breakfast was superb each morning. Parking was really easy. It's away from the hotel but with the card you can come and go from the parking lot as you wish. "

"This hotel is an absolute gem. They likely don’t need another glowing review, but I’ll happily give one. In addition to being perfectly situated—just distant enough from the throngs but still very, very close to everything—it’s gorgeous inside, with tons of old world charm, along with all the modern conveniences. The staff were so wonderful, making me reservations at two of the most incredible restaurants in town. Can’t recommend highly enough. "
