Points positifs:Hotel tres bien situé dans la ville, chambre propre, accueil et personnel très aimable Points négatifs: pas d'arrivée possible avant 15h, pas de chauffage (en panne... En octobre, dommage) la première nuit a été très froide. Le lendemain, un chauffage d'appoint électrique soufflant a été donné ce qui nous permis de ne pas avoir froid. Salle de bain propre mais un peu vétuste, cela mériterait quelques rénovations...

l hôtel exige le paiement direct bien que déjà règle sur le site. j ai du appeler " hotel .com" le 15 aout qui a accepter le remboursement, t près une heure d appel attente comprise . de même l'hôtel n accepte pas la nuit gratuite proposée sur le site Chambre petite pas de vue télé minuscule avec décodeur. chasse d'eau fuit toute la nuit non réparée malgré ma demande NON recommandable

Chambre donnant sur la rue au 3 ieme. Étage pas de climatisation obligé de dormir avec fenêtre ouverte à cause de la chaleur très bruyante le soir moquette au sol pas géniale et il manque une parois ou rideaux dans la baignoire

L'hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Nous avons eu une chambre qui n'avait pas été rénovée mais au tarif normal. Lors de notre arrivée, on nous a dit que le petit déjeuner était très copieux, nous avons été déçu .. Sinon l'emplacement est parfait ...

À notre arrivée aucune réservation à notre nom, la télé dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, petit déjeuner à 10€ par personne ( prix élevé par rapport à la diversité des produits), manque de communication dans le personnel.
