"We had the most amazing time here. The staff were so helpful and genuine. Rita was very helpful! She booked our transportation and was able to accommodate for us. The rooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast was beyond. We did the wine tasting- the most amazing wine tasting experience I’ve ever had. We also got a massage- this was amazing too. So relaxing. The pool was amazing as well. Very clean. This place is truly magical. Out of a painting. I’ll forever hold a memory of this place in my heart. "

"Nice to stay close to airport. Parking was sketchy being told to park in spots with No Hotel Parking on the signs. It worked out in the end, and the stay was nice. Room could use a bit of maintenance attention, however. I would stay here again."

"Great for a night before flying out. Need to arrange shuttle time when you check in (especially if early am flight) and there is a E$15 charge but very convenient compared to walking to tram or finding a taxi. Was a long but doable walk to Boboli Gardens"
