"It is an excellent, immaculate hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as it is super comfortable,extremely clean and luxurious. All staff are so kind, they speak and treat customers with respect and they are helpful. Security staff at the entrance of the hotel is so kind and helpful. I especially thank for gentleman Umit DEMIR for being so kind and helpful. Bed, matress, room is super comfortable and clean. It deserves 7 stars. "

"Good facilities however the hotel is old. So don't expect new 5 star. The decor and wear and tear definitely shows. Also the noise travels quickly. Staff here are excellent and friendly. Quick to help. The staff here make up for the building being old and worn out. Bathrooms need a refurbishment or at least a new mastic seal all round. "
