"Jennifer looked after us during our stay at Villa Banyan and was helpful & friendly and easy to reach. The villas are well maintained and located in a beautiful setting beside a pool and beach area. "Perfect spot for an active retired couple. We spent a week in apt during our month touring Mauritius, Rodrigues and La Reunion. For this stay we didn’t have a car and used the local buses to get to Grand Bay and Port Louis and walked along the coast in both directions. Our daily house keeper Rka was lovely. She brought papaya from her garden and told us which buses to catch to get around much cheaper than Taxi’s. There is a supermarket about a 20 mins walk away and a smaller shop within 300...

"An absolutely stunning place right on the ocean with your own private little beach and private pool. The host was absolutely lovely and did everything to ensure our stay was great. "On our arrival date, the owner told us that they have misread our arrival date and thought we would arrive one day later, the property was over booked, so they led us to the next property, Sunset Villa, that property Sunset Villa was a downgrade from Blue Lagoon Villa which we have originally booked on. After half an hour lying on the big bed, I had 9 bug bites all over my body, on my arms, my legs and my back, could not sleep, so I had to switch to the smaller bed. We would not recommend this...

"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "
