"Pathetic stay. Though in a great location just minutes away by walk from Baga beach, this property is a disaster. Absolutely deplorable condition, ill maintained and terrible staff attitude. Housekeeping is best described as non existent, intercomw doesn't work, no dental kit or body lotion. When asked, they suggested to use conditioner instead! Breakfast variety ends before it starts. Bedsheets and quilt was last changed when the hotel was made it seems. Towels and sheets smell of oil. Glasses...

"First 6 days no hot water. Got room changed after finding cockroaches in room. Plaster was falling of the wall, stains all over walls. No dinning room had breakfast in room, only had the one breakfast, they do not offer much. Very noisy, bikes and scooters parked under window. Very gloomy. The staff were very polite and friendly and tried to be helpful. This hotel is NOT for westerners. "
