Preis/Leistung absolut ok. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und absolutes Bemühen des Wirte-Ehepaares den Aufenthalt absolut angenehm zu gestalten. Gehen sehr auf die Wünsche von Gästen ein. Beim Frühstück ist alles was man braucht, vorhanden.

Leider wurde uns bei der Ankunft gesagt: dass kein Zimmer auf unserem Namen gebucht bzw, reserviert wurde. Das würde aber öfter passieren! Sehr schlecht ist auch dass Mann keinen Ansprechpartner bei Expedia hat! Für uns ganz schlechter Service! Auch auf schriftliche Anfrage keine Antwort!

Wir hatten über Expedia gebucht und als wir ankamen war kein Zimmer frei und das obwohl wir eine Buchungsbestätigung hatten. Das Zimmer wurde anscheinend einfach weitervermietet! Die Vermieter schickten uns weg mit der Bemerkung, dass im Hotel…bestimmt noch Zimmer frei wären. Sie gaben sich keine Mühe uns bei der Suche nach einer anderen Unterkunft zu helfen. Dieses Haus ist mit Sicherheit nicht zu empfehlen.

Hier werde ich nie wieder buchen!
Es stand, trotz Buchungsbestätigung, kein Zimmer bereit . Man hat sich für eine Lösung eingesetzt ,aber trotzdem sehr ärgerlich ! Auch nach telefonischer Absprache ,wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt ,das die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist !
