Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und ohne jegliche Probleme - das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und effizient. Leider konnte das Hotel insgesamt nicht überzeugen. Man merkt deutlich, dass es sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist - sowohl die allgemeine Ausstattung als auch die Einrichtung wirken alt und teilweise abgenutzt. Unser Zimmer war zudem nicht ganz sauber; an einigen Stellen hätten wir uns mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung gewünscht. Besonders störend war jedoch der starke Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch im Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vielleicht gerade noch in Ordnung, aber insgesamt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Hotel ist für den Preis in Ordnung. Man sieht an gewissen Stellen, dass es langsam in die Jahre kommt (abgenutzte Stühle, Badausstattung, Duschen, Bodenbelag,....) Aber das Personal war sehr nett und es war sauber. Vielen Dank. Würde wieder dort buchen.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Einrichtung zeigt Gebrauchsspuren, ist aber in Ordnung und sauber. Lage direkt am Kurpark ideal, wenn man eine Veranstaltung im Kursaal oder im Goethe-Theater besuchen will.

Aanvankelijk leek alles in orde, totdat we ontdekten dat overal in de kamer kleine torretjes In de kamer zaten. Vooral tegen de muren rond het bed. Daarop het hele bed geinspecteerd. Bleken geen bedwantsen te zijn, maar toch geen fijn idee. Zoveel mogelijk van dit ongedierte vewijderd. Uiteraard niet echt geslapen. Bovendien was het matras zo zacht dat het meer hangmat leek, Volgende ochtend melding gamaakt van de beestjes in de kamer en dat we daardoor amper hebben geslapen. Dame reageerde nogal lauw. Ik had niet de indruk dat ik iets nieuws verteld had. Verder niets. Gauw weggegaan.

Es war schwer die Unterkunft telefonisch zu erreichen. Erst per Mail hat es geklappt. Bei der Ankunft war erst leider kein zuständiges Personal zu finden. Im großen und ganzen hat aber alles gut geklappt und alle waren sehr nett.
