"I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and am in love with this one. It's a beautiful palace, which made it one of the more unique hotel stays we've ever had. The breakfast room was beautiful, as was the view from there. And the staff were all so kind and amenable. Highly recommend this place!"
"I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds and scenery are. The staff were all incredibly polite and our room was spacious. The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. The rest of our experience was so good that I'd still recommend it without hesitation. Just maybe pack extra repellant!"
"Excellent property and location. Everything you need within walking distance and close to multiple transportation options (train station, tram to airport, bus route, etc). Very safe with double locking doors on front of building and in main stay area. Host was fantastic and very communicative. Gave several great recommendations as well. Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!"
"This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. "
"Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence. The decor is so tasteful and all the artwork on the walls amazing. Beautifully renovated apartment with two big bathrooms and two bedrooms. The couch in the living room converted into a bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. Perfect apartment. We will stay here again next time we visit Florence."
"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."
"Molto carina e curata nel dettaglio gli appartamenti grandi e luminosi. La pulizia ottima e i gestori veramente molto gentili.
Posizione strategica a pochi minuti da Firenze e aeroporto. "

"Friendly reception and helpful staff Great breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee variety and more! Double check transportation options for airport if leaving early morning. We felt VERY comfortable at hotel and nice to come back to clean and comfortable AC room after walking around in August day! Sites (e.g., Michelangelo's David, Brunelleschi's Dome, Uffizi gallery on north side of river all within 10-12 min walking distance as well as train station. Lots of eating and touristy shopping options in area. "
"Perfect area to be within walking distance of a lot of key tourist locations. Within 10 minutes of Trevi fountain, 5 minutes of Spanish steps, 25 minutes colosseum, and many many more. Hotel was quiet, sound proof, and had a great view of the street. "
"This hotel was located in a very central location close to the train and bus stations. It was also walkable to all the main attractions! The staff were very friendly and helpful from the reception, to the breakfast, to the housekeeper. The breakfast is a must— delicious with lots of options! "
"Loved how central this hotel is. Front desk staff is very kind & efficient. The furniture in the room is very dated with paint missing on the chairs, folded up paper under the armoire leg, chips in the desk
Otherwise, the rooftop is nice and the payment was fair. "
"Staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel was modern & stylish. Free breakfast which had good options to choose from. The hotel was close to the centre. Lovely touch before we left- small gift left hanging on door. Would recommend this hotel. "
"Easy access from the train station of about a 3 minute walk. Right on the edge of the main shopping and attraction action of Florence so you do not feel like you are right in the crowds. The view from the bar/restaurant are great also. Service was always accommodating and the food was good. The shower/bath was a little crowded with how the fictures are placed but otherwise the bathroom was fine, the room was good, everything was clean and fun. I would recommend this to my friends also."
