"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. "Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. My only complaint is that the higher speed WiFi didn't work and the smart TV wasn't...

"Parking easy, check in easy, keysafe easy. Lovely big room with everything we needed. The only one niggle was the TV was quite small for our old eyes to see from bed. But it won't put us off booking again. "

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. "

"this is a lovely hotel, well appointed and very comfortable, the one negative is there is no lift, which if you have luggage and are on the second floor, its tough. the restaurant is great, service a bit slow, but the breakfast offering is superb. there is electric charging in the car park A really lovely hotel"
