"Our family enjoyed the pool and whirlpool! We also liked the suite style room & comfy beds.The sofa bed was o.k.for a child, though as a couch perfect. All of the staff were nice & accommodating.The only negative was an extra 40$ fee for what I still don’t know!! As a guest the hidden fees are a turn off! We want a good “deal!”"

"Super noisy. Room was on 1st floor and had a locked connecting door. Could hear noise from adjoining areas include coughs, conversations, dogs and more. Good room and nice shower."

"The suite room was enormous, beds comfortable, and the price for the room was great. The staff didn't want to make an exception for early checkin, which was fine, but then chastised me for booking through a 3rd party and told me I should only ever book through the hotel directly. Staff also said that the expedia message I sent was never received by her (the hotel), even though the reply in expedia said it was the hotel's response. Confusing. "
