"Really handy apart hotel! Only about a 20/25 minute tram to the centre. Comfy bed and cosy room with helpful cooking facilities. Friendly and kind staff too. Could have done with some more cooking utensils and cleaning products though especially if you have a short enough stay, it’s a bit inconvenient to buy lots of things. "

"Fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Convenient, safe and quiet. Excellent communication and instructions. Helpful and friendly staff. 30 minute walk to Amsterdam Central, or 10 minutes using 2 free ferries. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a great stay. It’s far enough out of town that it’s not too busy, but still plenty around to explore. Also a really nice walk into town in the mornings! It was clean, comfy and balcony was lovely. Did everything we needed it to do. Would have loved a fridge! Would stay here again :)"

"We stayed 9 nights at BOB W Oosterpark in May 2025 and had a lovely experience. The hotel is very modern inside, the beds are comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all necessities for longer stay. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. Hotel is very clean and spacious, and location is close to trams, great restaurants and shopping. The area is very walkable and local bakeries have incredible selection of sweets and great coffee. "Booked a single room which I felt would be tiny while booking, but it actually turned out just fine once I got there for a solo traveler. The staff is very polite, always smiling and helpful. Clean property, walkable, great view the second you step out. But what really took the cherry on the cake for me personally was how GREAT my room smelled every single day despite the fact that I did not opt for housekeeping the 3 nights I was there. Hotel carpets typically start giving a peculiar smell in the corridors and the rooms, but I felt like entering a flowery cave every time I stepped in. Gave me a true spa feeling right in my room with no extra effort! If that matters to you :)"

"Great location near the metro to get to where you need to go! Amsterdam is a great walkable city. We enjoyed walking to the water near the hotel. Exploring the neighborhood around it. Great restaurants nearby and at the hotel. Comfy rooms. New technology. Really enjoyed the Ruby hotel."

"The hotel was excellently furnished and well maintained. The concierge service was outstanding. There was not a question unanswered or a request go unnoticed. The rooms were well appointed and spacious and the location was either close to something, with walking distance or available by train. Highly recommend this place. "
