"Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. "Very unique experience in these rustic but rather perfect cottages. Only complaint would be the outdoor shower definately could be hotter. Otherwise king bed was comfy, perfect pillows. One other person in the pool during our 3 day stay. If you want peace from busy city, this is the place. About 30 min from Chiang Mai airport. We took grab into Chiang Mai sunday market, and it was no problem, about 30 min each way. Cute village areas out in Hang Dong. I would stay again! Staff were great too."

"It is extremely quiet. The personal is very kind and helpful and they did our laundry service for free. They are always willing to help and to make you pleasant it was a wonderful stay. It is in the baan tawai handcraft village. It was a miracle to be this close to the handcraft station. Highly recommended"

"This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept. Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day. Of course, very friendly staff! I will most likely be returning to this hotel when I return in April for songkran festival!"

"Excellent hotel with authentic Thai facilities and theme.Lady owner and her son treated us like family, breakfast and pool was amazing, lovely and quiet away from city centre but only about 4 pound for a taxi to get to centre.all staff were so friendly.will definitely use this hotel again when next in chiang mai.👍💕"

"Beautiful and serene hotel about 25 min drive outside Chiang Mai city center. The pictures dont do the garden and outdoor lounge areas justice. This place is gorgeous. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The only negative issue we had was very slow (25-35min) wait on absolutely anything from the kitchen, even a fried appetizer. "Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance."

"Pretty property. Felt safe the entire time i was there. The breakfast and the ala carte food is great. Music during the evening to complement the dinner. The property is safe and clean. Can feel a little dated with keyed entry to rooms. A little bit of a distance from the night market but not a lot. "
