"Communication was fantastic. Loved the location. Safe and close to lake, shopping and restaurants. Property manager met us with the keys and gave great tips on how to enjoy lake Como. Even sent a map with favorite restaurants and things to do. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "

"Terrible communication with owner. She claims to speak English, but doesn't answer your question/request because she doesn't understand you. NO PARKING possible at all! You have to walk over a very very long distance with all your suitcases. Parking is a nightmare, because there are not enough parking spots in general, let alone for vacationers. "This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!"

"We arrived early and they wanted €50 to get the room ahead of time, what a scam, everywhere we ever been in the world nobody has ever asked for a fee to enter our room early. Also the shuttle bus to the airport had a charge ( which we knew in advance) . The journey was less than 5 minutes, so that was over the top, taking advantage of the hotel guests, not nice."

"This property is right next to the airport! We came the day before our early flight back to the US and it was perfect!! There’s a great bistro bar downstairs in the huge lobby with pizza, sandwiches, Italian food, kids food, great Italian dishes, etc. there’s also great beers, great wines, soft drinks, all kinds of other types of drinks to make your meals. At 4 am there was a bus every 15 minutes to take us to the terminal. The rooms were really good, super clean, the staff are all cool people. It’s great for individuals or families! It made getting to the airport super easy and stress free. If your flying in late, it’s a perfect place to rest up quick overnight, grab a bite and get ready for an amazing trip before you head to your first spots early the next day too!"

"The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived. My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here. Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus to your destination "
