The hotel staff welcomed us with kindness and wonderful Turkish hospitality from the moment we arrived, even helping us with heavy bags to our apartment. Later during our stay they helped us arrange taxis, answered questions about local restaurants, and they even assisted us with laundry during our stay. "When the property was new I’m sure it was beautiful. As it is not maintained at all it smells moldy, is dirty and not an adequate place to stay. The staff wears hospital scrubs so you feel as you are in a hospital, not a hotel. If the owners just gave the place a facelift and a good cleaning it could be nice. It may be too late for that! "
