"I had a studio (north) room. It is spacious and bathroom is modern. The room has a balcony with mountain view. Full kitchen. Not far from train station but in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool is also a plus. Like the place very much."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"The place is great! Very close to the ski area, and if the weather is clear you can see the Matterhorn from your room if you're facing the mountain. The negative is that it is a long walk from anything other than the ski area. "

"Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!"

"First i would like to thank Barbara and her husband for their hospitality, amazing people and very helpful. The property was phenomenal, indeed one of the nicest and newest in Cirvinia. "Very convenient location as it is less than one block from the train station (no cars are allowed in Zermatt). Clean facilities and helpful guest services. Breakfast was great and free with a stay. Cheap beer at the bar which is unheard of in Switzerland. Balcony was nice but could be loud at times but overall Zermatt is a very quiet place. "
