"We had room #12, which was actually room #11 and room #12 combined. It served our family of 4 well. There’s no conventional front desk, you go to another property a short walk away to register and get your key. The rooms were clean, and large. There is no lift so be aware that you’ll have to walk up narrow flights of stairs. We’re middle-aged and had no problems climbing to the top floor with our luggage. Only have given 4 out of 5 as really miss not having a kettle in the Motel One room, not the very cheapest hotel so should be an option at least. Good location for the hotel in the city centre with everything within walking distance and very close to the riverside bars etc. 4 out of 5 due to no kettle or room safe but would probably stay again due to location. "
