"Konumu itibariyle merkezi bir noktada yer alıyor, ulaşım kolay. Avşa plajına yürüme mesafesinde. Kaldığım süre boyunca temizlik yapılmadı, ancak kısa süreli kaldığım için problem oluşturmadı. Otelin konumu feribottan inince sağ uc kıyıda kalıyor, küçük bir ada olduğu için bu şekilde olması bizim hoşumuza gitti yani yürüyerek rahatça gezebileceğimiz ve plaja yakın olması açısından sevdim diyebilirim. Odaların boyutu ideal, düzenlemesi iyi oldukça rahat ettik. Havuzu güzeldi derinliği 1.5m ve temizdi, aquası iyi-yeterli diyebilirim. "Öncelikle oda çok temizdi...yatak,yastık konforlu idi...ancak temel denilebilecek havlu odada yoktu,tuvalet kağıdı azdı ve ertesi sabah bitmişti...Odada havlu olmadığını hatırlatınca apart burası cevabını aldık..ancak rezervasyonu yaptırdığımız sayfada havlu,saç kurutma makinası filan var görünüyordu odada..şampuan vs de yoktu ama el sabunu vardı..."

"Yosun otelde 2 gece konakladım. Otel fotoğrafları kocaman bi yanıltmaca. Deluxe odada kaldık ama oda aşırı pis, tozlu, kapıların kilitleri bozuk…. Buzdolabı vs aşırı pisti. 2 gün boyunca ne bir oda temizliği ne de çarşaf değişimi için gelinmedi. Kahvaltısı yetersiz… Tek güzel yanı otelin konumu ve manzarası… Bi daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.
