"Ups Most of the staff were friendly, and the facility looked great. The room wasn’t very spacious but was generally clean. "The service and cleanliness of the Guesthouse are fabulous. It serves a great breakfast. I gave 4 stars to the area around the facility, outside the gate, just to call attention to it being a mile from the center of Windhoek. The walk was not a problem for me, but it could be for a lot of folk. The management can order a car, and many tours will pick you up there."

"We stayed 2 nights in the village. The suite was perfect for our needs and it is located in a lovely community space. But the check in was challenging. I received two different codes for the lockbox, before realizing I was using the wrong one. There was no instruction for internet and although we finally manage to connect after locating rhe router behind the tv, the connection was very poor. So overall a great place but guest management could be better."
